Alarm Status

This feature is useful to visualize client’s sites with a colored globe according its status alarm with a counter per each status, if counter is greater than 99 sites then globe displays 99 number with a “+” icon and will response with mouse over the icon to display the real counter for that status.

Also site icons are displayed for a better visual reference. The following are the status alarms:

  • Green = normal behavior with all values displayed

  • Yellow = there are some non-critical issues that may need attention

  • Red = Out of Network thus there are no values to be displayed

  • Gray = Remote site is unreachable
