Users are given the option to view the incidents (tickets) for the customer or customers assigned to their account. The incidents can be viewed by selecting a value in the "Select a customer" dropdown. The incidents returned can be further refined to a specfic site by selecting a value from the "Select a site" dropdown.
Selecting the eye icon in the Actions column will bring up the details of the incident. The comments section below has been removed for privacy but any comments to the incident are available for viewing within the details window.
Selecting the callout icon in the Actions column wil bring up a window to enter comments to the incident from the website.
When an incident is added from this dialog the incident is recorded with the user's email address used to log into the site.
