Yes. Navigate to the Admin site with the link at the top of the website. Select the Devices link at the top of the page which takes you to the Device List. Once here you can add a device by selecting the plus sign in the top right corner of the page. Depending on the device selected, choose the Network Management System (NMS) and device for iDirect devices or the name of the SolarWinds device desired.
Yes. Click on the "found bug" icon at the top of the page that looks like this:
Fill out the form with the details of the issue found and it will be submitted to our development team.
